  1. Townhouse vs. Condominium

A townhouse generally has two or more floors and is attached to other similar units via common walls. Technically, a condo is a system of ownership of individual units in a multi-unit structure, combined with joint ownership of common areas. A townhouse may be a condo in the sense of legal ownership (e.g., the homes of Swan Point). In common usage, however, the term condo refers to an apartment that can be purchased individually.

  2. How old is Swan Point?

Swan Point was built in phases with the first units completed in 1980 and the last in 1986.

  3. Where can I get an Exterior Alteration Application?

A village application can be found on the Owen Brown Village web site. The Swan Point application can be obtained by contacting the SPRAC committee.
